As further advancement to our work in Chuna Bhatti, our volunteers along with Kissa members travelled street to street pulling crowd and sensitizing them about the plastic menace our earth is suffering from. Not just the attention grabbing nukkad natak, the locals themselves could see the immense plastic trapped inside soil while they dug pits for plantation. We were happy to replace plastic in the park we have been transforming with Marodphali, Jamun, Chameli, Jatropha and Amrood saplings. Our discrete little efforts every weekend are certainly leading to continuous positive changes in not just this park but also the minds of locals ...
